1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ViblyOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ViblyOS is an intelligence orchestration platform that transforms natural language project descriptions into structured task sequences and configuration files for AI coding assistants including Claude Code, Antigravity, and OpenAI Codex.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to generate malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ViblyOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content you generate using the Service (project configurations, task lists, prompts) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.
6. Subscription and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI). Your use of generated configurations with these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Generated configurations and task sequences are suggestions and should be reviewed before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBLYOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
